Warranty-safe

Logbook servicing

Logbook servicing done to the manufacturer's schedule, by Repco-trained mechanics, using parts that meet the specification. Your new car warranty stays fully intact.

That is not a loophole, it is Australian Consumer Law, and being a Repco Authorised Service centre means we have the training, the equipment and the process to back it up. We stamp the book, record what was done, and tell you what is coming up next service so nothing lands as a surprise.

What we service

Servicing that fits how you use the vehicle

01

Standard servicing

Outside the logbook period, a standard service covers the same ground without the manufacturer schedule attached. Oil, filters, fluids, brakes, tyres, battery and a proper look underneath. You get a call before we do anything beyond what was quoted.

02

Fleet servicing

Running two to five work utes? One workshop, one point of contact, priority booking and clear timeframes. We also handle the trays, canopies, GVM and 12V side if the utes need it.

GVM upgrades for work utes

03

Diagnostics

A warning light is not a diagnosis. Proper scan equipment, and the experience to read it. Engine management, transmission, ABS and traction control, electrical gremlins and the intermittent faults other workshops give up on.

ARC AU61614

Car aircon regas, ARC approved

We are ARC approved, authorisation number AU61614, which is a legal requirement for anyone handling refrigerant in Australia. Plenty of places that offer a regas are not.

A regas on its own is often the wrong fix. If the system has lost gas, it has lost it somewhere, and topping it up without finding the leak means you are back in six months. We test the system, find the fault, quote it, then fix it properly.

Diesel specialists

Diesel mechanic, Darra

Diesel work is a big part of what comes through the door, which makes sense given what we specialise in. Modern common rail diesels are unforgiving of neglect and expensive to get wrong. Injectors, turbos, DPF, EGR, fuel systems, and the servicing schedule that stops any of them becoming a problem.

Something broken rather than due for a service? Brake, clutch, suspension and engine work lives on our mechanical repairs page, and wheel alignment has a page of its own. Towing heavier since a GVM upgrade? Ask about diesel tuning at your next service.

Questions we get every week

Will servicing here void my new car warranty?

No. Australian Consumer Law protects your right to have your vehicle serviced by any qualified workshop without losing your manufacturer warranty. We service to the schedule, stamp the logbook and back the work with a nationwide warranty.

How long does a car service take?

A standard or logbook service usually takes two to three hours. Most people drop the vehicle in the morning and collect it that afternoon.

What does a car service include?

Oil and filter, fluids, brakes, tyres, battery, lights, belts and hoses, and a proper inspection underneath. Logbook services add whatever the manufacturer specifies at that interval.

How often should you service a 4WD?

Every 10,000 kilometres or six months for most modern diesels, whichever comes first. Towing, dust and heavy loads shorten that. We will tell you what your vehicle actually needs.

Can tradies claim vehicle servicing on tax?

Generally yes, for the business-use portion of the vehicle. Keep the invoice and talk to your accountant for the specifics.

Do you do diesel mechanic work?

Yes. Diesel is most of what we see. Common rail injectors, turbos, DPF and EGR faults, fuel systems and the servicing that prevents them. If you want more out of it afterwards, see diesel tuning.
